FOUNDER

Dr. Aryel Nicoleau is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics with over 30 years of private practice experience and the founder of Doctor On The Go. A native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, he earned his medical degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium and completed his internship and residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital of Queens. Dr. Nicoleau is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical School, a published author in leading medical journals, and a highly decorated physician recognized for excellence in patient care and community service.

DOCTOR

Dr. Guichard is an experienced OB/GYN who graduated from Albany Medical College in 2000 and completed her residency at Methodist Hospital in 2004. She brings over a decade of clinical experience from Methodist Hospital and Catskill Regional Medical Center and is fluent in French, Creole, and Spanish. Dr. Guichard is a recipient of multiple honors, including the AMA Physician Award and Golden Key Successful Women in Business, and previously served as a Clinical Associate Professor in Nursing at Long Island University’s School of Nursing.

DOCTOR

Dr. Mohammed Chowdury graduated from medical school in Bangladesh in 1979 and completed his family practice residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He has been affiliated with Queens Village Primary Medical Care since 2012 and is a valued member of the home visitation team. With decades of clinical experience, Dr. Chowdury has also published in peer-reviewed medical journals, reflecting his ongoing commitment to medical excellence.

REGISTERED NURSE

Lana Badals has been a valued member of our team since August 2000 and is a registered nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience. As a visiting nurse, she plays a vital role in delivering compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes while supporting Dr. Nicoleau, Dr. Guichard, and Dr. Chowdhury. Lana is known for her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to ensuring continuity of care and patient comfort.

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Linda Jean-Baptiste is a physician assistant working at Queens Village Medical Care with Dr. Aryel Nicoleau since 2010. She also does home visits for Doctors on-the-Go and has 4 years of experience there . She has affiliation with Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Linda earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Physician Assistant study from York College CUNY in 2008 followed by a Masters of Science degree in the same field from Stony Brook University in 2013. She has been certified as a physician assistant for the past 8 years.on goes here

OFFICE MANAGER

Marc Nicoleau is the office manager and has been with the practice for over 10 years. In addition to overseeing the day to day operation of our facility, he also oversees the medical billing, maintains medical records, develops as well as implements office policies, and functions as a liaison between the Doctors and staff to ensure compliance with current health care regulations and ethical standards
